An SEO score from 65 to 100
A full WordPress rebuild with performance as the brief, plus a guides page the content team runs without a developer.
The problem
The existing site scored 65 on SEO and was slow to load. The content team also needed to publish healthcare guides without a developer in the loop.
What I did
Rebuilt the site on WordPress with the Oxygen page builder, organising post types through ACF and CPT UI. Performance, SEO and load speed drove every decision. The Healthcare Guides page was built by hand — PHP on the back end, jQuery on the front — so posts load on click from the menu or the post itself, and localStorage keeps the last item the reader opened.
The result
SEO score went from 65 to 100. The content team publishes guides on their own, and returning readers land back where they left off.
